Biography

Scarlet Stain is an alternative metal band from Goiânia, Brazil, moving between metalcore and the modern textures of thall.

The sound comes from two low-tuned guitars, a full-bodied rhythm section and a vocal that alternates between guttural and high, stitching aggression and emotion into the same phrase. The references are clear: ERRA, Invent Animate, Silent Planet, Currents and Periphery, bands that proved you can be brutal and ethereal at the same time.

Lyrically, Scarlet Stain avoids cliché and looks inward: conflicts, anguish and everyday feelings, with the "scarlet stain" as a metaphor for what leaves a mark and never comes out.

The first calling card is the single "Venom", with new material on the way.
